Passage West help with aftermath of Ophelia

The 41st Cork Passage West Scout Troop helped the local community deal with the aftermath of Storm Ophelia.

On Tuesday 17th October, with no power in the community, 41st Cork offered the community hot water, hot soup, coffee and tea.
A washing station for babies bottles was also provided.

The emergency kitchen was a huge benefit to elderly residents in the community and also to the young children.

41st Cork will continue to provide the service as long as the electricity is out.
